His work focuses heavily on establishing commercial ecosystems and bridging markets between Eurasia, Africa, Latin America, and the ASEAN region. Based primarily out of the Philippines, he has built a robust professional network dedicated to helping global stakeholders navigate market entry, fintech innovations, and public-private partnerships.

Dr. Titov's academic background forms the foundation of his expertise in regional development and economic ecosystems. He began his advanced studies at the Ryazan State Agricultural Academy in Russia, earning a specialist degree with honors in the Economics and Management of the Agri-Industrial Enterprise. He then relocated to Hungary, where he completed a Master of Science in Regional and Environmental Economics at Kaposvár University. He deepened his academic qualifications by obtaining a PhD in Management and Organizational Science from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) in 2021, a tenure that included research and academic mobility stints at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands and the University of Osijek in Croatia.

In recent years, Dr. Titov pivoted his focus toward Southeast Asia, becoming a key architect of international partnerships and market "soft-landings" in the Philippines. He took on prominent leadership roles in Manila, including serving as the Director for International Partnerships at Digital Pilipinas and the Director of Global Business Development at GeiserMaclang Marketing Communications Inc. Additionally, he co-founded Astrolabe, a venture designed specifically to streamline investments and market integration for international stakeholders looking to expand operations into the ASEAN landscape.

Currently, Dr. Titov drives transnational economic alignment through major executive leadership positions.
